No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites

The world is going cray cray for no bake protein bites, pretty much every health and fitness guru out there on social media are posting about these raw cacao balls and no bake bites, so I decided to jump on the band wagon and mix up a batch of these delightful little snacks.

I posted on Instagram earlier last week the result of the little treats but have only just managed to getting around to telling you all how I made them.

You will need:
1/3 cup of honey
1 cup of oats
2/3 cup of desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
nobakeproteinballs

They’re ridiculously easy to make and last up to a week in the fridge, however they’ll probably last longer as there is no ingredient that will go off, as such!

How to:
Stir together all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl until all blended nicely. Put the mixture in the fridge and let it chill for approximately half an hour. Then roll the mixture up in to little balls of your preference and place in the freezer for about an hour. Take them out and enjoy!!
